What one membership puts on the calendar
The rhythm each service runs on, for everyone in the household, with no fee per program.
- Week one
Someone looks at your resume
The weekly clinic and a 30-minute guidance session with a volunteer practitioner. If a lead fits, a member makes the introduction.
- Every weekend
A game you are expected at
Member captains run a regular weekend game and a few tournaments a year, open to families.

Your teen builds and presents
A supervised program for 13 to 18 year olds, registered by a parent, ending with each student presenting a project.

Straight answers on business and a first home
A founder circle, insight sessions, and a real estate Q&A with licensed members who show their licence numbers.

The community begins
UNITI starts as a community of working people and their families helping each other, three years before it incorporates.
October 31, 2023
UNITI becomes tax-exempt
The effective date of exemption under section 501(c)(3), later confirmed by the IRS determination letter.
December 9, 2024
IRS recognizes UNITI as a public charity
Classified under 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Contributions are deductible. UNITI files Form 990 annually.
May 5, 2026
UNITI Upskill's training track goes live
Twenty live sessions with recordings and materials for members who need new skills first, and the first member feed.
May 14, 2026
The practice lab opens
A place for Upskill members to practise between sessions, at no cost to them.
May 17, 2026
Members start sharing leads
The first opportunities board: members post projects and job leads for each other, the seed of UNITI Upskill.
July 6, 2026
Kids Enrichment begins
The first six-week program for teens, registered by parents, and the first supporters wall for donors.

UNITI Upskill, Kids Enrichment, Sports, and the Business Forum & Real Estate, plus member classifieds, an events calendar, and a jobs board, launching service by service on uniti.team, with more as members start them.
Accountability
What we measure and publish
We would rather show a small number we can stand behind than a large one we cannot.
What we count
Members and families, events held and registrations, programs run for teens, games and tournaments played, and introductions made through UNITI Upskill. Each figure appears here as the record is compiled.
Where the money goes
Sponsor and donor funds cover, in rough order of size: venues and equipment for programs, the tools members use, outreach, and admin. Leads volunteer, so there is no payroll. A percentage split is published after the first full year.
What we publish
Form 990 annually, the IRS determination letter on request, and a first annual report after the first full year with membership, participation, and financial figures.
Add to the impact
$25 a month keeps a family in the community who could not otherwise be here, every year. Gifts are tax-deductible; leads volunteer, so every dollar goes further.
