Leadership and organization
How UNITI is run: officers, an independent board, committees for each area of work, and the coordinators who make the calendar happen. The 2027-2029 board
A public charity is governed by an independent board. UNITI's first board for the 2027-2029 term is in place: four directors, one each for finance, governance, partnerships, and technology operations with Upskill, who set direction, approve the budget, and hold the officers to account. Names and short bios will be announced together with the officers.

3 · Committees and teams
Committees
Each area of work has a committee with a chair and a vice chair. Both are volunteers who step forward; the chair sits on the calendar and reports to the board, and the vice chair shares the work and steps in when the chair cannot. Events and Cultural
The calendar: sessions, forum nights, family days, festivals and celebrations, from venue to recap.
