Why UNITI exists

UNITI began in 2020 with a simple observation: working people and their families were being asked to keep up with a changing economy on their own, at prices they could not pay, in the few hours they had. The answer was not another course. It was a community that shares what it knows and shows up for each other.

Today that community runs a growing set of services, covered by one family membership and all led by members. UNITI Upskill: career guidance and job assistance, with a live training track for those who need new skills first. UNITI Kids Enrichment: training programs for kids and teens, registered by parents. UNITI Sports: fun tournaments and a regular weekend game. UNITI Business Forum & Real Estate: encouragement and insightful sessions for small and medium business people, and straight answers on real estate. Alongside them, member classifieds, one events calendar, and a jobs board.

A note from the founder

I started UNITI because the people who most needed help could afford neither the fees nor the wasted evenings. What I did not expect was how much more a community wants to do together once it exists. Members asked for help landing the job, so we added coaching and introductions. Parents asked for something for their kids, so members built a program for teens. Founders wanted to meet founders. People wanted a weekend game, a room to rent, a neighbour to ask. So that is what UNITI became: one membership, every service, all of it run by members.

One membership covers all of it, and members never pay per program. That only works because leads volunteer, and because people who believe in this give a little every month. If you are one of them, thank you. If you are thinking about it, $25 a month keeps the doors open for a family who could not otherwise be here.
